Scientific vaudeville to explore human evolution, fate
The goal was to "create a clever, entertaining and educational artwork about evolution, space and our place in it," Buljan was quoted as saying by Cankarjev Dom.
According to the head of the theatre and modern dance section at Cankarjev Dom, Andrej Jaklič, the co-production between the SNG Drama Ljubljana theatre, the MGL theatre and Cankarjev Dom is exceptional in many ways.

Summer in the city and Ljubljana looks so pretty
One thing that has definitely helped put Ljubljana on the global tourism map is that the city centre has been turned into a big pedestrianised area and given a through facelift.
With the traffic fumes and noise gone, the locals and visitors can now enjoy the heritage of the city's architect, Jože Plečnik (1872-1957), in all its glory.

Traces of samurai on Slovenian soil to be explored at Metelkova
The exhibition on Japanese weapons and the warrior culture on the Slovenian soil will showcase museum exhibits as well as pieces from private collections.
Some 50 select pieces of Japanese weapons and protective gear, including state-of-the-art swords and a rare gem, a fully preserved samurai armour, will be on display until 5 November.
"Druga godba" festival divided between Piran and Ljubljana
The decision to move the first festival evening to Piran came about among other things because of the support of the local community, Rok Košir, a member of the programme board, has told the press.
Exhibition on architect Plečnik to open at Ljubljana castle
Aside from plans, photographs and video presentations, the exhibition also features chairs from the Prague castle, a Plečnik-designed lamp and bench, as well as a model based on Plečnik's plan for the Slovenian parliament from 1947.
