Bulgarian Mountaineer Boyan Petrov Climbs Kangchenjunga Summit
Bulgarian mountaineer Boyan Petrov climbed the third highest peak in the world – Kangchenjunga, reported Bulgarian-language media.
According to Dnevnik.bg, Petrov reached the summit, which is 8598 meters high, in the afternoon of May 20 and became the first Bulgarian to climb it.

PM: Damage from floods could reach billion euros
OBRENOVAC -- Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić told foreign reporters on Monday that 13 dead bodies have been found so far in the town of Obrenovac near Belgrade.
He at the same time "expressed the hope that despite the scale of the disaster, the number will not grow much more," Tanjug reported.

Parliament to discuss draft statute of Vojvodina on Tuesday
BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament has released that its sitting, during which a draft statute of Vojvodina should be discussed, was postponed to Tuesday.
Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic informed MPs that the third sitting of the first regular session will be held on May 20, the release specified.

The level of the Bulgarian stretch of the Danube river continues to rise and flooded a fishing village near Ruse.
According to the Agency for Exploration and Maintenance of the Danube, the level at Ruse rose by half a meter overnight and passed the 7-meter mark.
