Thaci: Belgrade "arming Serbs in north"
BELGRADE - Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has said that Serbia was "arming Serbs in the north, as part of a plan to partition Kosovo."
Thaci spoke for German broadcaster Deutsche Welle when he made this claim, Beta reported on Wednesday.

Prosecution Office for KLA war crimes not seeking Haradinaj's extradition
BELGRADE - The Specialist Prosecution Office for Kosovo war crimes committed has neither issued, nor requested a warrant for the arrest or extradition of Ramush Haradinaj.
This is what the head of the office, David Schwendiman, has told Belgrade-based newspaper Vecernje Novosti.
