Vekaric: Special court for KLA war crimes a necessity
BELGRADE - Establishing a special court for war crimes committed by the self-styled Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) (an ethnic Albanian paramilitary formation) against Serbs and other non-Albanians in Kosovo-Metohija in 1998 and 1999 is a necessity, Serbia's deputy war crimes prosecutor Bruno Vekaric said on Wednesday.

Serbia Re-Starts Examination of Suspected Kosovo Mass Grave
“Today all conditions have been created for the examination to continue,” said Pajazit Nushi, head of the Kosovo delegation in the dialogue on missing persons with Serbia.
Workers were preparing to destroy a building on the site under which a mass grave is believed to be located, he said.

Ljajic: Serbia urges ICTY to return unused documentation
BELGRADE - Rasim Ljajic, chairman of the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, said on Monday that Serbia had requested from the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to return the entire documentation that had not been used in the proceedings before that court.

Anti-NATO Activists Hold Rally in Montenegro
A coalition of NGOs called "No to War, No to NATO", have called a protest for Friday in Podgorica’s main square, aiming to send "a clear message" that Montenegro should not join the alliance.

GRAČANICA -- Serbia's Minister without Portfolio in charge of Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin said on Thursday the country's policy on Kosovo "would not change."
"The policy on Kosovo will not change. We will not recognize Kosovo as a country," he said in the Serb enclave of Gračanica.
