Ethnic Albanians in Montenegro join Pristina's celebration
BELGRADE - The interruption of Wednesday's Euro 2016 qualifier match between Serbia and Albania, caused by a drone suspending a flag with signs of the so-called Greater Albania above the pitch, has been celebrated by ethnic Albanians in Ulcinj, Plav and Tuzi in Montenegro.

BELGRADE - The incident during the match between Serbia and Albania was an organised action with the aim of damaging the stability in Serbia and the entire region, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said and added that he warned EU representatives three hours before the match that a provocation is being prepared.

Serbia-Albania Match Abandoned over Unrest, Flag-Waving Drone
Clashes between fans and players in Belgrade's Partizan Stadium forced referee Martin Atkinson to stop a Euro qualifiers football game between Serbia and Albania.
The first incident happened minutes before the first half was to end, as a drone was spotted flying over the field and waving an Albanian flag.
Swiss Aid for Bulgaira to Reach EUR 63 M
Switzerland will give Bulgaria a total of CHF 76 M (EUR 63 M) to work toward the reduction of economic and social inequality.
The Swiss grants were confirmed late on Monday, the first day of President Rosen Plevneliev's visit to the country, the news website blick.ch reports, citing the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (EDA).

Bulgaria to Seek Partial Introduction of Swiss Vocational Training
Bulgaria is to launch a pilot project to incorporate elements of the Swiss dual education system, President Rosen Plevneliev announced.
Plevneliev is on a two-day visit to Switzerland, where he met counterpart Didier Burkhalter, the Swiss president for 2014.
