Trump Moves Step Closer to Conceding Election

 

Donald Trump has moved a step closer to conceding the US election after saying he will leave the White House if the Electoral College formalizes Joe Biden's victory at the polls.

But he insisted such a decision would be a "mistake," as he spent his Thanksgiving renewing baseless claims that "massive fraud" and crooked officials caused his election defeat.

The White House coronavirus task force will wind down as the country moves into a second phase that focuses on the aftermath of the outbreak, President Donald Trump said on May 5.   

Trump confirmed the plans after Vice President Mike Pence, who leads the group, told reporters the White House may start moving coordination of the U.S. response on to federal agencies in late May.

Trump campaign used yesterday's contest to test its organizational strength, deploying Cabinet secretaries, top Republican officials and Trump family members to the state, as AP reports.
It's unusual for Iowa to even be holding a GOP contest with an incumbent in the White House.

Michael Bloomberg: I’m Spending all my Money to Get Rid of Trump

Democratic presidential candidate billionaire Michael Bloomberg said in an interview with Reuters that he was spending his money to get rid of current US leader Donald Trump.

"Number one priority is to get rid of Donald Trump. I'm spending all my money to get rid of Trump." he said.
