The no-confidence motion was proposed to parliament on November 30 by all 40 opposition MPs, but the opposition withdrew it before the vote, due in parliament on Monday.

The anniversary will be solemnly marked on Tuesday, December 7, the Government of Montenegro announced.
The first year of the government's work will be marked in an atmosphere of great political and institutional crisis in Montenegro, even deeper divisions and demands for the formation of a new government, i.e. a vote of no confidence in this government.

The motion was signed by all 40 MPs from the Democratic Party of Socialists, the Social Democratic Party, the Liberal Party, the Social Democrats, the Bosniak Party and two ethnic Albanian coalitions of parties.
