Merkel congratulates Vucic, invites him to visit Berlin
BELGRADE - German Chancellor Angela Merkel has congratulated Aleksandar Vucic on taking over as Serbian prime minister, announcing that her government will continue to provide strong support to Serbia on its path of reforms and European integrations.
Bohnet: Necessity of reforms must be explained to citizens
BELGRADE - The new Serbian government must implement the promised reforms as soon as possible, but also communicate on key issues with all political parties and the citizens, the director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Serbia Henri Bohnet said on Wednesday.

German Cabinet Approves National Minimum Wage
Germany's cabinet has approved a bill setting a minimum wage in the country.
A fixed national threshold of EUR 8.50 per hour is due to be fully in force from 2017, with partial introduction as early as January 1, 2015, DPA news agency has reported.
