Ugandan homosexuals hold pride parade
Scores of Ugandan homosexuals and their supporters are holding a gay pride parade on a beach in the lakeside town of Entebbe.
The parade is their first public event since a Ugandan court invalidated an anti-gay law that was widely condemned by some Western governments and human rights watchdogs.

Ambassadors Issue A Statement Of Support For Sofia Pride 2014
Diplomats encourage people and institutions in Bulgaria to stand up for and support open-mindedness and tolerance towards the LGBTI people.
On 3 July, Ambassadors of a series of Sofia-based embassies issued a statement of support for Sofia Pride. The statement, published on the website of the British embassy in Sofia, reads:

Thousands of activists attended the LGBTI Gay Parade held on Istanbulâs Ä°stiklal Avenue on June 29, capping this yearâs Pride Week.
As in every year, the event was marked by colorful chants and slogans that defied both the political order and social discrimination that the LGBTI community regularly faces.

Tenth Athens Pride calls for equal rights to have a family
Hundreds of people on Saturday joined Greece's annual gay pride parade in a long-standing demand for equal rights to civil union and adoption.
Titled «A Family Affair», the 10th Athens Pride held on central Klafthmonos Square was supported by nearly a dozen embassies including those of Britain, the United States and Canada.
