Albanian prime minister cancels visit to Macedonia
TIRANA, BERLIN -- Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has canceled his official visit to Macedonia, planned for May 14, Albanian language media in Pristina are reporting.
Rama was to visit Skopje and Tetovo, the website Albeu said on Tuesday, quoting sources from the Albanian Foreign Ministry.

BELGRADE -- Direct discussions between Belgrade and Pristina on a community of Serb municipalities (ZSO) will be on the agenda of the Brussels talks within a month.

Belgrade and Pristina fail to reach agreement on energy
BRUSSELS -- Marko Djuric announced after the talks with Pristina's delegation in Brussels late on Monday that no agreement on energy had been reached.
According to the director of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija, this happened because "Pristina refused to meet the obligations assumed earlier."

The Kosovo police have confirmed that they had arrested four persons in Strpce for "illegal possession of weapons and for causing general danger."
This was announced by spokesperson for regional police in Urosevac, Agim Gashi, the website Kallxo said.
