New Protests Begin Over Bansko Ski Zone
Protests on account of the suspended building of new cable cars in Bansko and the stopped expansion of the Pirin mountain ski zone will take place on Tuesday on the main road E79.
The time is set for 5:30 pm and the location will be the interconnection with the road to Simitli, as reported by the Bulgarian National Radio.

Bulgaria's Maritsa and Struma Motorways to be Completed in October
The construction of the northern portion of the Sofia bypass road will start on February 18, Minister of Regional Development Liliana Pavlova announced on Friday.
Pavlova added that Struma and Maritsa motorways will be launched by the end of October 2015.
She presented her 100 days in office report in Bulgarian Parliament, the Bulgarian National Radio reported.
River in Southern Bulgaria Bursts Dike, Threatens to Flood Village, Motorway
The river Stryama burst a dike on the territory of Maritsa municipality in southern Bulgaria, threatening to flood the nearby village of Trilistnik and Trakia Motorway.
Urgent measures have been taken to reinforce the breached dike, Focus news agency reports.
Over 10,000 hectares damaged by floods in northern Greece
Around 22,000 hectares of land on the banks of the rivers Evros, Ardas and Erythropotamos on the Greek-Bulgarian border has been flooded due to heavy rains last week and over the weekend, authorities said on Monday, with some 10,000 hectares of farmland suffering damage.

Bulgaria Will Not Launch New N-Plant Units until 2024 - Forecast
Bulgaria will not launch new nuclear capacity in the next 10 years, according to a forecast of the Electricity System Operator (ESO).
According to state-owned ESO, the Maritsa-Iztok 2 thermal power plant will not need an expansion by units 9 and 10 over the next 10 years.
