Reports have emerged confirming the capture of Bohdanivka, a crucial village in eastern Ukraine, by Russian armed forces. Situated west of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, the village's strategic significance has raised concerns amidst the escalating situation in the region.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces successfully repelled a major tank attack launched by the Russian army near Avdiivka. The clash resulted in a devastating defeat for the Russian side, with Ukrainian forces inflicting significant casualties on the enemy.

Russia initiated its spring recruitment campaign on Monday, with a presidential decree mandating the enlistment of 147,000 individuals for one-year military service, as reported by Interfax news agency.

The Ukrainian armed forces have successfully pushed Russian occupiers out of the village of Tonenkoe, located west of Avdiivka.

According to the newspaper, although Zelensky promised his international partners that Ukraine would be able to fight if it received weapons and other forms of aid, the Ukrainian president and top military commanders have so far failed to come up with a clear plan to recruit thousands of critically needed new soldiers.
