Thrace Plastics meeting approves share capital increase

The extraordinary general meeting of listed company Thrace Plastics on Monday decided on a share capital increase of 7,215,139.20 euros.

It also approved the return of 0.025 euros per share to shareholders as of January 27, adding up to over 1.12 million euros.
