So, who “broke” the Internet, curvaceous and nude Kim Kardashian or step(…) Bruce-turned-Caitlyn Jenner?
Call it a tie, or does the prize remain with Kim and her viral photos? Or, does breaking the million-follower mark in record time — overcoming Barack Obama’s record — mean that Bruce/Caitlyn’s takes the prize?
Meanwhile, on Friday Vanity Fair detailed its “cloak-and-dagger” methods to keep its now iconic cover, introducing Caitlyn Jenner to the world, a secret.

According to Mashable, the magazine kept the high-profile issue from leaking by first forcing attendees at the photo shoot to turn over their cell phones. The story was then processed on a single PC, unconnected with the internet.
Vanity Fair also never left the material alone, deleting files from the computer every night and storing the data on a thumb-drive. The final copy was hand-delivered to the printer, Mashable reported.

The operation was an entire success, however, as word had leaked that Jenner would adorn the mag’s cover.
