Yugoslav Ex-Officer Confesses to Shelling Croatian Town

In a deal with the prosecution at his trial, former Yugoslav People’s Army officer Milan Pavlovic admitted to shelling the Croatian town of Sibenik in 1991 in return for a four-and-a-half-year sentence.
