A criminal court of peace in the Aegean city of ?zmir has ruled for the arrest of 10 suspects in a "military espionage" case in which 13 people were charged with fabricating evidence. 

The ?zmir public prosecutor had sent the 13 suspects, four of whom were security officials who exercised their right to remain silent, to court for arrest.

An arrest warrant was issued for Ekrem Dumanl?, the former editor-in-chief of daily Zaman, on Sept. 18 for "attempting a coup" and "forming an organization with felonious intent," it has emerged.

An arrest warrant in absentia and a red notice has been issued in Turkey for the U.S.-based Islamic scholar Fethullah Gülen, while a local court has accepted an indictment against 69 suspects, including Gülen, for links to the alleged ?Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ)/Parallel State Structure (PDY).? 

Police forces have raided four schools in the capital city of Ankara with alleged linked to the Justice and Development Party?s (AKP) ally-turned-foe, U.S.-based Islamic scholar Fethullah Gülen.

Turkish police raided multiple locations on May 22 in at least 19 provinces, while carrying out a ?parallel structure? investigation, detaining as many as 20 people, including several businessmen and a former police chief. Raids have mostly been centered in Konya, a central Anatolian province.

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor?s Office has urged the Communications Ministry to hamper all media communications of the government?s ally-turned-foe Fethullah Gülen by withdrawing state means used to facilitate the broadcasts.
