Bulgaria's Business Climate Improves in August
Bulgaria's business climate climate indicator has advanced by 1.3 percentage points in August compared to July, mainly due to improved managers' opinions in industry and retail trade, the country's statistical office announced on Friday.

Trips of Bulgarians Abroad Record 16.5 % Increase in July
Bulgarians made 528 604 trips abroad in July, which represented an increase of 16.5 % compared to the same month in 2014.
This is shown by the latest figures of the National Statistical Institute (NSI), which were released on Thursday.
There was an increase in the number of trips made by Bulgarians to the UK, Turkey, Greece, Germany, France, Serbia, Spain, Italy and Austria
Tourist Trips by Bulgarians Drop 5.1% Y/Y in Q2 2015
A total of 810,100 Bulgarian nationals made tourist trips in the second quarter of 2015, a decrease of 5.1% compared to the same period of last year, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Friday.
The statistics doesn't cover Bulgarian residents younger than 15 years.
Bulgarian Population May Slump to 5 Million
Bulgaria's population could fall to just over 5 million by the last quarter of this century, taking it back to the same population level that the country had in 1920.
The alarming forecast comes from the country's National Statistical Institute, which is studying the Balkan country's demographic prospects.

The GDP, which exceeded BGN 20.9 B, recorded a growth of 0.4 % compared to the first quarter of the year.
This is revealed by the flash estimates of the National Statistical Institute, which were released on Friday.
Deflation in Bulgaria Measures 0.2 % in July
The index of consumer prices in July stood at 99.8 % compared to June, meaning that there was a monthly deflation of 0.2 %.
The deflation since the beginning of the year has stood at 0.3 %, while the annual inflation was 0.2 %.

Bulgaria's Industrial Output Index Rises 5.7% Y/Y in June
Bulgaria's industrial production index rose by a seasonally adjusted 0.6% month-on-month in June, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Monday.
Compared with the June 2014 level, the index was 5.7% higher, the NSI said, citing preliminary data.
Bulgaria's Exports to EU Increased by 12.2% in January-May
Exports from Bulgaria to other EU member states increased by 12.2% between January and May compared to the same period of last year, according to preliminary data from the national statistics body.
The total volume amounted to BGN 11.6 B, with Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece, Belgium and France remaining the country's main trade partners.
