Bulgaria Ranks 60th as Rio Paralympics End
Bulgaria has the 60th best result in the Rio Paralympics, the final ranking shows.
With one gold medal, won by Ruzhdi Ruzhdi in shot put F55 category, the country's result is similar to that of Bahrain, Kuwait, and Georgia, each having scooped one gold medal.
This has been the first gold medal for Bulgarian paralympic athletes since 2004.

EU's visa liberalization deal for Kosovo in limbo
BELGRADE - The European Parliament's civil liberties committee voted on September 5 for visa liberalization for Georgia to the EU's Schengen zone, RFE/RL reports.
It also voted in favor of similar move for Kosovo but against the proposal to let the European Parliament negotiate this visa-liberalization deal with other EU institutions, leaving the deal for Pristina in limbo.

"Germany and France putting brakes on Kosovo visa deal"
Germany and France oppose granting visa liberalization to Kosovo, and also Ukraine and Georgia, a Pristina-based Albanian language daily is reporting.
Beta agency said, quoting Zeri newspaper, that the two EU countries fear "increased number of asylum seekers."
Turkey sees steepest decline in monthly foreign arrivals since May 1999
The number of foreign arrivals visiting Turkey slumped by 28 percent in April to 1.75 million compared to the same month of 2015, marking the steepest decline since May 1999, according to data issued by the Tourism Ministry on May 27.
Almost half of the foreign arrivals were made by day visitors, the data showed.

Nearly 1,700 foreigners expelled from Greece
Nearly 1,700 migrants were returned to their countries of origin in the month of April following a nation-wide operation conducted by the Greek police. The vast majority of the illegal migrants came from Albania (852), while 157 came from Pakistan, 107 from Morocco, 61 from Iran, 51 from Georgia, 45 from Afghanistan, 29 from Bangladesh and 16 from Bulgaria.
