EU Visa Decision 'Insults Kosovo', Thaci Says
Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci voiced bitter disappointment on Kosovo being left out of the EU's free-travel regime at Thursday's government meeting.
The EU's refusal to include Kosovo in its visa liberalisation scheme formed part of the day's agenda.
Thaci stressed strong language in his address, calling the decision incompetent and provocative.

EU Snubs Kosovo Over Visa Liberalisation
Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci voiced shock on Wednesdy afetr the EU declined to include Kosovo in its visa liberalisation scheme, also angering and disappointing Kosovo politicians and EU integration experts.
The EU on Tuesday said only Ukraine and Georgia will be added to the EU's visa-free system by mid-2016.
