Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has said that "Serbia will have to change its Constitution due to joining the EU."
This will require "a broad consensus," he said on Friday, during a lecture he delivered at he Faculty of Law in Belgrade, dubbed, "Serbia between East and West."

Marko Djuric says that the future Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo is "no threat of any kind to (ethnic) Albanian population."
Its goal, the head of the Serbian Office for Kosovo and Metohija told the state broadcaster RTS, is to "protect Serbs in the province."

NATO has not approved "Kosovo Army" - minister
NATO has not officially approved the formation of the so-called Army of Kosovo, Serbian Defense Minister Bratislav Gasic has said.
Speaking for the Belgrade-based daily Blic, Gasic said this was opposed by those members of the military alliance that have not recognized Kosovo, "and that also prevents the so-called Kosovo from developing partnership relations with NATO."

Serbia sends protest note to UN over Pristina's presence
The Serbian UN mission has sent a protest note to the international organization over the presence of representatives of Kosovo at a conference on terrorism.
The conference was organized by the United States.
NATO: Kosovo's army is "internal matter"
NATO is not the one to decide on the structure, mandate and mission of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), an unnamed NATO source has been quoted by a daily.
"The future of the KSF is an internal matter of the local Kosovo institutions," the Belgrade-based newspaper Danas said it learned "unofficially" from the western military alliance.

President meets with heads of UN, UNESCO
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon have agreed that "destruction of Serb cultural heritage in Kosovo would be a crime."
During their meeting in New York on Monday, Nikolic also asked for support in preventing the admission of Kosovo to UNESCO, and for protection of Serb heritage.
