The issue of Greece’s standing demand for the repatriation of the Parthenon Marbles from the British Museum has generated renewed interest by a portion of the UK press recently, with the Guardian, Telegraph and BBC all touching on the issue.
Bulgarian Movie Wins Best International Film Award in New York
The Bulgarian movie "The Sinking of Sozopol" was awarded the best international feature film at the New York City International Film Festival.
The movie is directed by Kostadin Bonev and stars Deyan Donkov and Snezhina Petrova in the leading male and female roles.

A new exhibition at the New Acropolis Museum, entitled “Samothrace: Mysteries of the Major Gods”, will showcase 262 antiquities and artifacts from the island’s museum.
E-Ticket for Acropolis and sites around Greece kicks off in June
Alternate Culture Minister Nikos Xydakis said on Thursday that the electronic ticket will be available from June starting from the archaeological site of the Acropolis. The goal is to create e-tickets to apply at all Greek archaeological sites by the end of the year.
