What is remarkable is the fact that a record increase for passengers is recorded every month of the past year. Terminal 1 had 36% of all passengers and Terminal 2 - 64%.
The Fast Road Connection to Sofia Airport Opens Today
In the capital Sofia will be launched the high-speed road link today, BNT reports. It includes a direct route from Brussels boulevard to Terminal 2 at the airport as well as two road connections to Terminal 1.

This morning, 400 meters from the metropolitan boulevard "Brussels", which leads to the airport will be closed for repair.
It forbids the entry of road vehicles in two ways.
The traffic will take place on the newly built road link on the east side of "Brussels" Boulevard in the same area.
Restrictions will continue until 24.00 on January 7.

4 Arrested, Arms Cache Found After Brussels Terror Raids
Four people have been arrested and an arms cache found after overnight terror raids in Brussels linked to a bikers' club called the Kamikaze Riders, federal prosecutors said on Wednesday, according to AFP.
"During one of the house searches, various weapons were found. In all, four persons were arrested and taken in for questioning," prosecutors said in a statement.
