Victor Ponta: New Election Code, a political deal we will respect
Premier Victor Ponta said on Friday in the town of Beclean - Bistrita-Nasaud County, that at the talks due on Monday with President Klaus Iohannis on the Election Code, a meeting Ponta will be attending in his capacity as leader of the Social Democratic Party, there will be no proposals to amend the Code, in the form approved by the Election Code Committee.

Iohannis asks Parliament to re-examine amendments to Law on political parties funding
President Klaus Iohannis is asking Parliament to re-examine a law amending and supplementing Law 334/2006 concerning the funding of political parties and election campaigns for 'concordance with the constitutional principles and rules that regard political parties and also for clarity of juridical norms.'

PayPal Donations Land Romanian Politician in Trouble
