ZAGREB, BELGRADE -- Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic has sent a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon asking for "steps to be taken to return Vojislav Seselj to custody."

ZAGREB - Croatia's new president Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic has asked UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to take any action necessary, including calling a meeting of the UN Security Council, to make sure that head of the Serbian Radical Party Vojislav Seselj was taken back into the custody of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and sentenced as soon as possible.
NATO Welcomes Action Plan With Serbia
Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General, on Friday welcomed conclusion of an agreement with Serbia on January 15 on enchanced military cooperation.
"I welcome the Individual Partnership Action Plan agreed between NATO and the Republic of Serbia," he said.
"This important step will allow us to further strengthen dialogue, understanding and cooperation between us," he added.

Obrtel: Genocide against Serbs committed in Kosovo
BELGRADE - Czech Lieutenant Colonel Marek Obrtel, who recently returned the NATO medals he received for his role in the organization's missions, said that genocide against Serbs took place in Kosovo instigated by the West, adding that the Euro-Atlantic Alliance is a criminal organization because of the policy pursued by its leaders.

BELGRADE -- Retired Czech Lt. Col. Marek Obrtel, who recently returned the military medals he received from NATO, says that "genocide against Serbs" took place in Kosovo.
Obrtel called the western military alliance "a criminal organization" because of the policies it conducts.

LIPLJAN -- Graffiti spelling out the Albanian acronym for "the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA)" - UCK - appeared on the walls of a Serbian Orthodox church in Kosovo.
The Church of Saint Flora and Lavre in the town of Lipljan was found defaced in this way on Saturday morning.
