PRISTINA - Self-Determination, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Initiative for Kosovo, all opposition parties in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM), have made it clear to the government in Pristina that they will vote against setting up a special court where members of the former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) should be prosecuted for committing war crimes.

BELGRADE - The humanitarian organization Solidarity for Kosovo has shipped 12 tons of humanitarian aid from France to Kosovo-Metohija, which was then distributed to citizens in Serb enclaves.

BELGRADE - Tanja Miscevic, head of Serbia's negotiating team with the EU, said on Monday that she expects that Chapter 35 on Kosovo will be opened shortly after the continuation of the dialogue on the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina.

EU accession "depends on Serbia's progress"

Kosovo office head warns against "inflammatory rhetoric"

PRIŠTINA -- Marko Djuric says the Brussels agreement should be respected and inflammatory rhetoric avoided when speaking about the community of Serb municipalities.

BELGRADE - Head of the Serbian government office for Kosovo Marko Djuric sid on Saturday the Brussels agreement should be followed, as one of the conditions of the coalition agreement the Kosovo government was founded on.

BELGRADE - Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic said Friday that the Ministry of Interior (MUP) was cooperating with EULEX regarding today's arrest of a Serbian citizen in Pristina, adding that a warrant had been issued to search the arrestee's apartment.
