Tanjug signs agreement on cooperation with Bulgaria's BTA
BELGRADE - Serbia's Tanjug News Agency and the Bulgarian news agency BTA signed an agreement on inter-agency cooperation on Thursday.
It was signed by Manja Grcic, director of Tacno - the holder of the Tanjug trademark - and BTA Director Kiril Valchev.
The signing of the agreement was also attended by Tanjug TV Executive Director Senka Tesic.
Vucic urges French businesspeople to invest more in Serbia
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met on Thursday with representatives of MEDEF, a federation of French employers, urging French businesspeople to invest more in Serbia.
The meeting addressed deepening of economic cooperation and interest among French companies to take part in EXPO 2027 in Belgrade.
Serbian javelinist Vilagos wins European silver in Rome
ROME - Serbia's Adriana Vilagos won the silver medal in the women's javelin throw event at the European Athletics Championships in Rome on Tuesday evening.
With a 64.42 m throw, Vilagos also broke the Serbian national record of 64.21 m, set by Tatjana Jelaca in Zurich in 2014.

Vucevic welcomes Gabonese PM in Belgrade
BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic welcomed Gabonese counterpart Raymond Ndong Sima outside the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade on Monday.
The welcoming ceremony was followed by a tete-a-tete meeting between Vucevic and Ndong Sima and a plenary meeting of Serbian and Gabonese delegations.

Poplovic laid the wreath as an envoy of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
UNGA debate on Srebrenica resolution likely to be postponed again
BELGRADE - A UN General Assembly debate on a Srebrenica resolution will most likely be postponed again until May 22, Tanjug learns.
This means Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will be travelling to Kotor, Montenegro, for a May 16 summit of EU and Western Balkan leaders.
