Vucic Blames Kosovo, EU for Spike in Tensions
Serbian premier Aleksandar Vucic on Friday blamed Kosovo's leaders for the sharp rise in tensions between Pristina and Belgrade and for the apparent failure of talks in Brussels this week aimed at calming the situation.
"They don't want any agreement," Vucic said of Kosovo's leaders.

Serbia 'Plans to Annex Northern Kosovo' - Thaci
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has accused Serbia of seeking to annex the a slice of the northern part of his country.
Thaci has described the move by Serbian authorities to send - and then halt - a train from Belgrade that was to enter Kosovo as a "provocation".
It was part of the attempt to annex Kosovo's north modelled after the developments in Crimea, he has told Reuters.

Thaci: Serbia wants to annex part of Kosovo using 'Crimea model'
BELGRADE - Serbia plans to seize a slice of northern Kosovo just as Russia annexed Ukraine's Crimea region in 2014, Kosovo's president Hashim Thaci told Reuters on Monday.
Kosovo special police units on Saturday prevented a train painted in Serbia's national colors and bearing the words "Kosovo is Serbia" from crossing the border.
Serbia Accused of Provoking Kosovo Over Train
Following the sharp rise in tensions between Kosovo and Serbia over the train sent to the northern Kosovo town of Mitrovica, Dragan Sutanovac, leader of Serbia's opposition Democratic Party, accused Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic of making "warmongering statements" that are "fuelling further conflicts" and bringing Kosovo's small Serb minority into danger.
