Nikolic: Kosovo wants war, Serbia ready to send troops
BELGRADE - Serbia's president Tomislav Nikolic said on January 15 that Kosovo had shown it wanted war with after it deployed special forces to prevent a train painted with Serbia's national colours and the words "Kosovo is Serbia" from entering its territory.

Serbia Accuses Kosovo of Planning Attack on Train
Following an emergency session of Serbia's Council for National Security, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksander Vucic on Saturday accused Kosovo of sending special forces to attack the first train in 18 years from Belgrade to the northern, Serb-run part of the Kosovo town of Mitrovica.

Belgrade-K.Mitrovica train service relaunching after 18 yrs
Trains will start traveling directly from Belgrade to Kosovska Mitrovica on Saturday for the first time since the 1999 NATO bombing of Serbia.

Djuric: Departures from Kosovo institutions helping unity
BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija, Marko Djuric, on Wednesday welcomed a decision by a part of Srpska lista members of the Kosovo assembly to again leave Kosovo's institutions.
Speaking to reporters in Belgrade, Djuric added he expected those who had meanwhile assumed office contrary to the policy of the Serbian government to resign irrevocably.
Serbs again freeze participation in Kosovo Assembly, gov't
The Serb List (Srpska Lista) has announced that its representatives have frozen their participation in the work of the Kosovo Assembly and in the government.
A statement signed by the head of the ticket's parliamentary group, and president of the Serb List, Slavko Simic, also said that Mirjana Jevtic will leave the Kosovo Ministry of Local Self-Government.
