Bulgarian Citizens to Vote for a Second Time on Sunday

On November 3, Bulgaria holds second round of local elections. The same rules for voting apply as in the first round, BNT reported.

The polling stations open at 07.00 and close at 20.00. If there are queues, voting can be extended by an hour.

Second round will be held in 105 municipalities, 441 town halls and 31 regions.

Additional list drawn of 270 polling stations abroad for November presidential election

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) on Friday submitted to the Standing Electoral Authority (AEP) an additional list of 270 polling stations abroad that add to 444 already approved places. MAE has so far put forth 714 polling stations that will be organised abroad for the presidential election, according to a MAE press statement.

PM Dancila: Deadline for registration of enfranchised Romanians in Diaspora to be extended until September 15
