Partizan fights back to tie ABA League semis series at 1-1

BELGRADE - Partizan defeated Crvena Zvezda 70-68 (22-17 20-18 16-13 12-20) on Wednesday to tie the Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA) League semifinal series at 1-1.

Milan Macvan scored the most points on the winning team, 14, followed by Josh Akoyon with 13, Aleksandar Pavlovic with 11 and Milenko Tepic with 10.

Charles Jenkins was the top scorer for Crvena Zvezda with 19 points, while Markus Williams scored 15.

The next match is scheduled for Saturday.

Buducnost leads 2-0 against Cedevita in the other semifinal.

The first team to get three wins goes through to the final and reserves a spot in the Euroleauge next year.
