Euroworking Group to discuss prior actions list

The new measures to be applied by the Greek Government before Christmas holidays in order to receive the sub-tranche of 1 billion euros will be determined today by Euroworking Group held in Brussels.

Deputy Minister of Finance Giorgos Chouliarakis participates in today’s meeting.

According to reports, the list will exclude the insurance issue which will be discussed in January along with the first program evaluation.

The list will include among others some tax measures such as limited interventions to 2015 incomes to be filed to tax authorities in January or February 2016 and new wages of public employees, the new Privatisation Fund and “toolboxes” of OECD, the opening hours of shops in Sundays and non-prescription medicines.
