Jailed CHP deputy Berberoğlu rejects handcuffs on way to court

Main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) deputy Enis Berberoğlu has refused to wear handcuffs to his trial, which will take place on Jan. 16 at the Istanbul Regional Court. As a result, he will testify through the voice and video informatics system (SEGBİS) from the prison itself.
