Antic: Tender for Bor complex could be launced in mid-2018

BELGRADE - A tender to select a strategic partner for the Bor mining and smelting complex could be launched in mid-2018, Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic said on Wednesday, adding that the government would retain a controlling package that would not necessarily have to be a majority one.

A company that is prepared to conduct a 300-330 mln dollar capital increase for investments would be a very attractive potential strategic partner, Antic said.
