Vegan whipped cream recalled over fears it may contain milk

A vegan whipped cream spray has been recalled from the market over fears that it may contain milk.

The Hellenic Food Authority (EFET) said it had ordered the recall of the Schlagfix brand of "Schlagcreme vegan spray topping" because, while the Greek label describes the product as "lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free," the original English label states "may contain traces of milk."

EFET urged consumers who are allergic to milk and milk-based products and have already purchased the product not to consume it.
