Bulgaria's Anti-Corruption Council to Present Sectoral Anti-Corruption Plans by end-October
Sectoral anti-corruption plans in the spheres of healthcare, energy, agriculture, transport, tax administration and customs authorities, are to be ready by end-October, according to a decision of the National Council for Anti-Corruption Practices announced on Wednesday.
Wednesday's meeting of the Council was closed.
Russia informed Turkey about airstrike in Syria
Russia has informed Turkey about the airstrike launched in Syria on Sept. 30, a Russian Embassy official has stated.
"Today we informed the Turkish authorities about the military operation," Russian Embassy spokesperson Igor Mityakov told the Hürriyet Daily News, adding that notification was made through the embassy in Ankara.

Turkish Parliament to open in absence of main opposition leader
Turkey's parliament will open its putative fall session on Oct. 1 in the absence of Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal K?l?çdaro?lu.
K?l?çdaro?lu will be traveling to Lyon in France on Oct. 1 as part of his election campaign, meeting Turks living in France and civil society representatives.
Statement attributed to ambassador denied by U.S. embassy
The U.S. embassy in Belgrade has stated that Ambassador Michael Kirby had not said what is attributed to him in a transcript published online.
The transcript in question is of a phone conversation between Bojan Pajtic and Lidija Udovicki.
