Special State Prosecutor Milivoje Katnic said Perunicic is suspected of abuse of office, after conforming that an illegal surveillance bug was found in his office.

It will depend on their assessment whether the announced enthronement will be held in the Cetinje monastery or in some other place, as well as what the scenario of that event will be, Pobjeda further states.

During a parliamentary session, Katnic responded to allegations that the criminal group had enjoyed the support of former officials in Montenegro before the change of government there.

Krivokapic told reporters in the hall of the Parliament of Montenegro, after he left the session at which his initiative for the removal of the Minister of Justice, Human and Minority Rights, Vladimir Leposavic, was discussed due to his views on Srebrenica.

"A case was established at the Special State Prosecutor's Office and a pre-investigation process has been launched. More information and data cannot be disclosed in order to protect the criminal proceedings," the Special Prosecutor's Office told BIRN.

"There is evidence … that part of the documentation was destroyed - files on secret data collection made without a previous decision in accordance with the law," Vuksic told the daily newspaper Vijesti.
