The Special Forces of 3 Balkan Countries Demonstrated their Skills during Balkan Spirit - 2022

Military personnel from the Special Forces of Bulgaria, Greece and Romania demonstrated joint techniques, tactics and procedures during the final stage of the trilateral joint training "Balkan Spirit - 2022". It was held at the Training and Exercise Complex "Tsrancha" yesterday, September 1.

Bulgaria Hosts the Joint Exercise "Balkan Spirit - 2022"

The tripartite traditional joint exercise "Balkan Spirit - 2022" is being held from today, August 22, to September 2, 2022 on the territory of the Plovdiv and Pazardzhik regions. Formations from the Special Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria, Romania and the Republic of Greece participate in it. Tasks will also be performed jointly with the Air Force of the Bulgarian Army.

Turkey launches new anti-terrorist operation in east

With over 1,000 personnel, Turkey has launched a new anti-terror operation in three eastern provinces, the Interior Ministry announced on March 13.
In a statement, the ministry said Operation Trap-8 Mt. Ararat-Çemce-Madur aims to neutralize all terrorists hiding out in the regions of Mt. Ağrı (Ararat), Cemce, and Madur located in the eastern provinces of Ağrı, Kars, Iğdır. 

Ankara prosecutors prepare indictment into 2018 tax office bombing

Ankara prosecutors have prepared an indictment into a bombing at a tax office that took place in the capital city in 2018, filing charges against 50 suspects.

"The attack was organized in order to disrupt the military operation launched by the Turkish military in Syria's Afrin town," according to a statement made by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
