Obama at G20 conference: “ISIS is the face of evil!”

Speaking at the conclusion of the G20 meeting in Turkey, President Barack Obama said on Monday that sending troops to Syria to fight ISIS would be a “mistake” because we would see “a repetition of what we’ve seen before.” He explained that if you “do not have local populations that are committed to inclusive governance and who are pushing back against ideological extremes, they resurface.”
