The co-chairman of "We Continue the Change" Kiril Petkov renounces his parliamentary immunity. He announced this himself on Facebook, specifying that the replacement of Ivan Geshev with Borislav Sarafov is an imitation of judicial reform.

The head of the national investigation, Borislav Sarafov, was elected acting chief prosecutor. This happened at an extraordinary meeting of the prosecutor's collegium. They supported the proposal for Sarafov with 8 votes "in favor", one "against".

With its decree on the basis of Art. 129, paragraph 3, item 5 of the Constitution, President Rumen Radev dismissed Ivan Geshev from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Bulgaria.
