Hit video game ‘Assassin’s Creed’ adapted to cinema

‘Assassin’s Creed’, the huge action-adventure stealth video game with nearly 40 million die-hard fans will be adapted to the silver screen by director Justin Kurzel. German actor Michael Fassbender will bring the fictional character Callum Lynch to life as he explores the memories of his ancestor Aguilar in 15th Century Spain. The movie revolves around Callum finding out he belongs to a line of ‘Assassins’ fighting the order of the evil ‘Templars’. The movie, which will be shot in London, Malta and Spain is expected to be in the theatres on December 21.
