Jeroen Dijsselbloem arrived at Eurogroup meeting and told reporters that it is not expected to disburse the 2 billion tranche to Greece.

He said that Greece has made a progress on banks and on some of the prior actions, but there are still many open issues that must be completed within the coming two weeks.

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble also said that Greece is not qualified for getting the 2bln tranche.

While arriving at Eurogroup meeting Pierre Moscovici expressed the belief that the disbursement of the 2 billion euros tranche will not be decided in today’s Eurogroup, but within the week.
