French PM M. Valls warns of terror attacks with chemical/bacteriological weapons

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls warning on Thursday that terrorists could use chemical weapons and bacterial warfare sparked fear.

During a session in France’s lower house of parliament, Valls said:

“There is a risk of terrorists using chemical or bacteriological weapons.”

Speaking to RTL he said that the French intelligence services had managed to avert a number of attacks over summer and the police are aware that other attacks are being prepared “not just against France but other European countries.”
