Ratko Mladic Tribute Plaque to Remain Near Sarajevo

A plaque honouring former Bosnian Serb Army commander Ratko Mladic, installed by war veterans in East Sarajevo in Serb-dominated Republika Srpska, will not be removed despite his conviction last week.
