Jaksic: Functioning of Zubin Potok municipality under threat
ZUBIN POTOK - Head of the Zubin Potok municipal assembly Nemanja Jaksic said Monday that unfounded accusations and threats by EULEX that mayor Stevan Vulovic will be taken in for questioning, disturb the functioning of municipal assembly of Zubin Potok, a Serb-majority municipality in northern Kosovo-Metohija (KiM).

Serbian insurgents remembered at Ivankovac

Joint foreign policy a must for joining EU
BELGRADE - Serbia's EU accession talks are progressing well, but Belgrade will have to comply with the joint foreign policy at the time of joining the EU, says Peter Stano, spokesperson of EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele.
Since the start of Serbia's accession talks with the EU, 18 out of 35 chapters have been subject to analytical screening, Stano said.

Serbia Road Death Suspect ‘Hiding in Turkey’
After almost a month of investigation, Serbian police have named a suspect in the killing of 21-year-old Luka Jovanovic, who was hit by a car on July 25 on Branko’s Bridge in Belgrade.
According to the police, surveillance camera footage showed that suspect Marko Milicev hit Jovanovic with his black Mini Countryman and then drove off.

BELGRADE -- The Executive Board of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) gave the preliminary approval for the foundation of a bank from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
It will operate under the name of "Mirabank, joint-stock company, Belgrade," the central bank said.
