Property market bullish across sectors
The real estate sector's prospects appear to be bright, at least for the near future, with prices rising and several important projects taking shape.
The growth of tourism positively impacts hotels. According to consultancy Danos/BNP Paribas, 1,400 new hotel rooms are being built in the Athens area, with another 1,100 being refurbished. And that excludes the Elliniko mega-project.

Greece raises €3.5 bln from 15-year bond sale
Greece on Tuesday raised 3.5 billion euros in cash and bonds from a new 15-year bond issue, its debt agency said, marking the nation's first bond sale since June's national election.
Investor demand topped 13 billion euros and the final pricing was set at mid-swaps plus 125 basis points, a yield of about 4.42%, the Public Debt Management Agency said in a filing.

European bank provides $50 mln in trade finance to Turkish lender
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provided $50 million in trade finance to the Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB).

The facility, aiming to boost support for exporters and importers, will be channeled under the EBRD's Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP), according to a statement by the bank.
EBRD, Ford Otosan charge ahead with big EV lending
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is supporting the production of a range of next generation all-electric and plug-in hybrid variants of one-ton commercial vehicles for the European market by arranging a 650 million-euro loan to Ford Otosan, US automaker Ford's joint venture with Turkey's Koç Holding, according to a statement from the bank on July 14.

Romania attracts 3.5 billion euros from foreign capital markets, through bond issue
Romania, through the Ministry of Finance, launched on April 7 this year's first issue of Eurobonds that attracted 3.5 billion euros on the international capital markets, which enjoyed a special interest from investors, according to a press release of the Ministry of Finance, sent on Thursday to AGERPRES.
Slovenia preparing to issue 60-year bond
Ljubljana – Slovenia plans to issue a 60-year bond subject to market conditions and has commissioned BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and HSBC to manage the issue, the Finance Ministry announced on Tuesday.
Additional details have not been disclosed, but this would be the longest maturity for a bond Slovenia has ever issued.
