People with Disabilities Go to a National Protest Today
People with disabilities go to a national protest today against changes to the Disability Assessment System that will reduce their social benefits and income.
At 11 am they will meet before the Council of Ministers to express their dissatisfaction.
Their biggest concerns relate to changes in employability assessment, as if only one leading disease in medical expertise and concomitant illness were dropped, this would reduce the percentage that determines their social benefits and pensions.
