Chairmen of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will visit Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina on April 21-23.

SARAJEVO - Bosniak member of the Bosnia-Herzegovina three-person presidency Bakir Izetbegovic has said that he expects to meet Serbia's Prime Minsiter Aleksandar Vucic in Sarajevo in May, and also a visit from Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic soon.

Leaders of the Bosnian Serb ruling and opposition parties exchanged harsh words over the weekend as the political struggle moved from negotiations about the formation of new governments to the next highly-disputed issue - a new mechanism for the coordination of EU projects.

Further consultations with local and international legal experts are needed before Bosnia's state parliament can make any decisions about the Sutorina border dispute, the parliament's constitutional-legal commission ruled on Monday.

Bosnia's ruling coalition has effectively collapsed after the three main parties in the Federation failed to agree on the makeup of the entity's new government on Sunday. 

This development puts in question the recent agreement on the formation of the new state government, and threatens to push the country deeper into political chaos five months after the elections. 

Tough negotiating positions and maximalist demands by the leaders of the three strongest parties in Bosnia's Federation entity have scuppered the latest attempt to establish a new entity government. Party leaders pledged to reconvene negotiations at the end of the week.

Four months after Bosnia's general elections, the leaders of the six parties that make up the ruling coalition at the state level have agreed on the distribution of ministerial and deputy ministerial seats in the new government.

SARAJEVO - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said Monday that relations between Belgrade and Sarajevo were good and he expected them to continue improving, adding that it was clear that relations were getting better throughout the region.

BELGRADE - Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic met with head of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Mladen Ivanic on Wendesday and stressed that stability of the region was of crucial importance for both Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Vucic also supported Bosnia-Herzegovina's EU integration and respect for the rights of all three of its peoples, the Serbian, Bosniak and Croatian.
