Bulgaria Minister Resigns after Arrest Over Water Crisis
Bulgaria's Minister of Environment and Water, Neno Dimov, has resigned and been charged with deliberate mismanagement of a water crisis. He faces further grilling over a scandal concerning transports of scrap from Italy.
Prime Minister Boyko Borissov accepted his resignation on Friday. Dimov stepped down after being arrested on Thursday.

Bear Cub Visited a Private Yard of a House in Kladnitsa, Western Bulgaria (Video)
A four-month-old bear cub, probably separated from its mother, was found around 20.00 last night in a private yard of a house in the village of Kladnitsa, in the region of the "Vitosha-Studena" State Hunting Enterprise.
The bear cub who found shelter in the courtyard of the house climbs on the fence, then ends up on the nearby pine at an altitude of about 15 meters.
Dessislava Ahladova Appointed Acting Minister of Justice of Bulgaria
Deputy Minister of Justice Desislava Ahladova on 25th of March was appointed as temporary acting Minister of Justice. She will replace Tsetska Tsacheva, who resigned on Saturday, reports BNT.
Ahladova will remain in office until the Parliament votes the resignation of Tsetska Tsacheva and the cabinet nominates a new minister of justice.

Laboratory for Synthetic Drug was discovered in Radomir, the Ministry of Interior announced.
The police operation was held on February 5th. by officers of the Directorate General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, ODMWP-Pernik and RU-Radomir, under the supervision and management of the Pernik Regional Prosecutor's Office.
