Dacic, Kukan on Serbia's relations with European Parliament

BELGRADE - Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic met on Friday with head of a European Parliament delegation and committee for stabilisation and association Eduard Kukan to discuss Serbia's cooperationn with the European Parliament.

The two discussed the appointment of a new European Parliament rapporteur for Serbia and the country's accession talks, the Serbian Foreign Ministry has stated.

Dacic and Kukan also touched on Serbia's future cooperation with the European Parliament, especially in view of the new balance of power after the May election for seats in the European Parliament, the statement concludes.
