Troicki/Lajovic lose in Istanbul doubles

ISTANBUL - The all-Serbian duo of Viktor Troicki and Dusan Lajovic on Wednesday lost 4-6, 7-5, 10-4 to the Turkish-Italian pairing of Tuna Altuna and Alessandro Motti in the opening round of the men's doubles event at the ATP tennis tournament in Istanbul.

Troicki and Lajovic are set to continue their singles campaigns on Thursday with Round 2 matches against Russians Karen Khachanov and Mikhail Yuzhny, respectively.
